    Wow, I'm actually from Guadalajara but I live in central CA. This is absolutely the best Birria I have ever tasted outside Guadalajara, in fact is as good as Chololos birria in Guadalajara. Don't get fooled by the looks. It doesn't even have a sign and you have to drive up a dirt hill to get there, but taste is amazing. It is worth the wait if you have too. Prices are great for Tijuana. The owner is always there working hard with the huge home made tortillas and great quesadillas.
