    I had an individual paella plate, it was really and i would consider one of the best paella options in Tijuana. Rich flavor, with abundant plates and their salad's dressing is very good. The place is small with only 4 tables and mostly take away. Staff is very serviceable and attentive.

    On the environmental side they use a lot of single-use plastics and non-recyclable products, all their drinking options are plastic or canned, not very environmental friendly.

    Very small restaurant with only a couple of tables to seat inside, making the place more oriented towards takeout orders. However what it lacks in space gains in taste. They serve a very good Paella made with a family recipe that delivers a very good Paella that has won them several first places in numerous contests throughout the years.
