Once Pueblos

Just an incredible experience. My family is from Michoacán and I have never anything on their menu before. I came with my in-laws and we tried everything. This restaurant should in the top 50 for Latin America (I’m no food critic) but there’s enough inspiration and love in the food. I highly recommend dining here you won’t regret it.

When I get the chance, I like to go to the Valle de Guadelupe, or Wine Country, near Ensenada, Usually I come to Tijuana for dental or medical attention. I heard about Once pueblos from the owner of the dental clinic i go to. I must say that although this place is out of the way, and a little hard to find, it is well worth the trip. The restaurant is located on the top of a hill, in the middle of the valley. The view is absolutely spectacular. The food is definitely a 5 star quality dinning experience. I met the chef, and she is wonderful. I greatly encourage you to give this a try.

I visit El Valle for the hole weekend at least once a month and I have been in almost every place there. I can say that Once Pueblos is my favorite restaurant so far. The food and service are exceptional and even that they just opened a few months ago and they still need to improve a few things, for shure they will be one of the best options that El Valle can offer. Five stars for Once Pueblos!

Stunning, great views and interior and exterior design. Head chef and owner Sandra is the best host ever. Waiter was awesome and attentive. I want to come back tomorrow and live here!
