    Nice place with good service and good food. We had the eggs with nopales and mole, which were very good, and the flor de calabaza omelette, which was good, but it did not taste like flor de calabaza.

    Great meal before entering Valle de Guadalupe Wineries in Baja CA. Everything we ate was freshly made and delicious. Cafe de la jolla, the best. Great servers, indoor and outdoor seating, feel so welcomed. Going back fir brunch soon.

    Oct 21, 18.
    Good food presentation. Bad: Restaurant took an hour to serve dishes and they forgot one of them! We had to cancel the missing dish. We were worried about waiting more time. ???? Other tables were asking about their requests because of the long wait.
    Restaurant looks great and the vibe is very good. Too bad we had this experience. Don’t know if we will come back, there are other options in the area.

    Amazing breakfast!
    We stopped at several different places for breakfast, but Huevo Republic was simply the best!
    Slightly more expensive than the other restaurants, the food taste and quality more than makes up for it. I got the omelette español and it was the best omelette i have had in a long time. The meal also came with free hotcakes with your order of a main dish.
    If you’re looking for the best place for breakfast before a long day of wine tasting, this is the spot!
