Arby's

Lady in the car ahead of us was rude, loud, "entitled", and verbally abusive. She drove away before receiving her 2nd batch of food, which was a do-over. The crew hit the reset button in order to be pleasant with us. Our order got a little mixed up, but I'm not unhappy with the service. The crew took a full 15 minutes of abuse before interacting with us, and they were very good natured and energetic. Kudos to these young people!

The staff members are exceptionally friendly, polite, and professional. I only mention this because the service actually stands out from the service you get at most "fast food joints."

Oh, Arby's. You late night king of the meats. You have always come through on your wraps and gyros and those magnificent shakes that you can never seem to get at McDonald's. My only complaint is in your consistency on service. Once, you could not be there for us in our time off need after a long night of hard labor. No, you had a printed sign, flapping dolefully in the wind that you had stopped serving at 9pm and I sadly looked at the employee through the drive-thru window as we retreated, defeated, back home. But not only did you fail to serve us in our time of need, but you served us not two delicious, scrumptious apple turnovers as we had requested, but only one. The other, we discovered, was an imposter! Not apple, but cherry! Our hopes were shattered. In tears, we ate the cherry turnover. Alas, in the late hours, as the ethereal glow of the Arby's sign greets our tired eyes, beckoning to us to find comfort in your savory delights, we shall again heed your call. 6/10 great food, service hit or miss

Good quality for the price and consistent. One of the only fast food places that has never screwed up my order.
