Crazy Donuts at OWA

We arrived just a few minutes before closing. The kitchen was closed but they had several flavors still out in trays left to choose from. After choosing a chocolate dipped/chocolate sprinkled and a vanilla buttercream, the store staff told us that we could have them for free and encouraged us to get more. We chose one that had cream cheese and cinnamon (like a Cinnabon) and glazed with colored sprinkles. The store staff was so friendly and of course getting free doughnuts made it a great first time trip. We took the doughnuts back to our hotel room and had them later that night for a late night dessert and for breakfast. They were absolutely delicious!

Excellent!! Excellent!! Excellent!!! We strolled upon this place visiting the downtown plaza after just eating and so glad we went back. Everything was so good! Workers were friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back if we come back to gulf shores.

Such a cute little spot! We went late right before they were about to close last night, the two ladies working were AMAZING! They were so accommodating and sweet. They answered all our questions about the menu and took time to really connect with us as customers! The donuts are really good but the service was the BEST part of our visit!

First off, the donuts are sublime. So much so that I want to wax on about them, but I know y'all busy. Second, Erica was one of the most numinous souls I've ever had the fortune with which to interact. Again, I could wax, but stop reading and go get a donut instead. Or get all the donuts, if you're feeling jazzy. 🧡
