Gelato Joe's Italian Restaurant & Tiki Bar

Restaurant inside was humid, warm and uncomfortable. Chose to eat on outside patio. Could install fans on the deck like the bar has. Drinks came quickly. Appetizers came in 15-20 minutes. Salad ordered with appetizers came another 10-15 minutes later, and was covered in cheese, after ordering it with no cheese. Main course came 40 minutes later. $117 for 3 people.

The cheese cake is the absolute best cheese cake in the south! The meatballs are outstanding! I love them with French bread. We order spaghetti with meatballs I’m not super excited over the spaghetti but it’s good. I just love the meatballs!!! We drive 64 miles just fir cheesecake & meatballs.

I hate that I can’t go higher than 5 stars. Colton our server was amazing. Anticipated every want and need and the food. Well it’s amazing. Strawberry salad. Oh my. Gelato reminds me of the streets of Italy. You will not regret a trip. Here’s a tip.....$2 drinks for happy hour and the house wine is good!

Where is HEAVEN? Right here at GELATO JOE'S By far the best Italian food on the planet because it's baked with LOVE. A place to go where you are treated as part of the Family immediately! Just doesn't get any better than this the food is excellent and served in generous portions so you can take the LOVE home with you! The outdoor Tiki bar and live music make it a place you want to visit again and again.
