Drunken Shrimp

This was an accidental find for us for dinner tonight and it was HANDS DOWN the best Cajun shrimp I’ve had in my life. The bread is perfect and everything is authentic and homemade. This is no joke and worth the cost. I didn’t finish my oyster platter because I couldn’t stop helping my oldest boy with eating all his Cajun meal - excellent sweet tea too - but rarely do I get this excited about a meal out. This place rocks! Huge thumbs up from the whole family, thank you!

It was so good we ended up being there when they opened the very next morning to take their po-boys home for lunch. This place is for sure on the “every year” visit list!

And crab cakes? Slamming good!

Dinner at the The Drunken Shrimp tonight was simply awesome. I had the shrimp and oysters. They were divine! Hubby had the crab claws and said they were perfection. Service was impeccable. Atmosphere was fun and relaxing. Would give them ten stars if I could!!!!!

I have never ate here at all, but planning a trip soon based solely on you ripping customers for 1 star reviews. And the fact you have Trumps signs hanging sealed the deal. Can't wait to try your shrimp. Please feel free to rip on me for the fun of it.

So happy we decided to eat here while visiting Gulf Shores! The Cajun steamed shrimp and potatoes were hands down to die for as well as the gumbo!! My husband had the crab cakes and said they were all crab and one of the best he's had. Teddy was so friendly and very patient with our kids! We will definitely be back!! Thanks for the great service!! We will definitely be recommending your restaurant to our family and friends ❤
