Gourmet World Market

My family all got sandwiches and they were outstanding. They were clearly crafted with care, the meats and cheeses were individually sliced for each sandwich, and the bread was so good.

It was of the best sandwiches I've eaten in my 47 years on the planet!

10/10 would recommend! Their espresso is real traditional espresso, not what you find at Starbucks. They have a large variety of grocery items including chocolates, pate, beer, coffee, tea, bread, pastries, meats, and delicious cheeses. They also have Pelmeni (if you have lived in Alaska you may be familiar with this). The star of the show is their sandwiches. Just get one! Don’t be afraid to try the duck, it’s amazing! We will be back.

Wonderful deli! I had a great avocado sandwich on a bagel, a raspberry chocolate dessert, and a sparkling water from Lithuania. My friend had a ham and cheese croissant and loved it. We look forward to coming back the next time we visit Gulf Shores!

I tried the vegetarian sandwich on NY bagel and it was really good. I’ll be curious to try other sandwiches.
However, the name of the store - World Market - is a bit misleading. Most of their merchandise will appeal to people from Eastern/ Central Europe. There is a similar Russian food store in Pensacola. In my opinion, they have more variety and better prices.
Nonetheless, I liked the store. It’s clean, well organized and the service is good.

The baklava is amazing! They have a vegan cake and lots of east European goodies. The Cuban sandwich is full of flavor. You'll find wine, honey, and lots of other grocery items you won't find anywhere else! The owners are very nice.
