Angry Crab Shack

We loved this restaurant! They have a large outdoor seating area. The servers were personable and so funny. I had the lobster rolls and enjoyed them and my side salad was huge. My husband had the alligator nuggets and said they were a little too salty. The kids had mac and cheese which you could tell was straight out of the box and had been sitting a while. We don’t live far away so I’m sure we will be back in the next few months.

We go to Orange Beach every year and I'm always in search of the best crab, lobster, and oysters. (Not very fresh in OK where we live.) This year we stumbled onto Angry Crab Shack and we no longer have to look for our favorite place to eat. Crab boil was amazing. I got king, wife got snow. Our son loved the mini corndogs. Oysters were huge, fresh, and tasty. Service was great, prices were worth the quality. We even bought a hat and shirt. We will be back, every year!

We stopped in during our Girl's Beach Weekend & it was great! Fun casual atmosphere. A little expensive, but a lot for your money. Not a big fan of the lobster rolls, the lobster is finely chopped & they taste like a crab salad with too onion for my taste.

Our server, who was the bartender also, was fantastic!!!! He explained how the Boils worked, as it was our first time there, and answered all of our questions with a smile. The food was excellent- we got the King crab with shrimp and a lobster tail, along with the potatoes, corn and sausage. For an appetizer we got the fried clams and they too were delicious. We will definitely be back on our next trip down. Great food and a good atmosphere.

This was hands down the best crab I’ve ever had. Sherry is a phenomenal waitress, very informative and helped us decide what to choose. The Angry Crab has ruined crab for me for the rest of my life, it will never be that good again.. unless I come back for more 😊. Thank you for being so awesome, we hope to be back on vacation again soon & indulge once again.
