Customer service is top notch. The staff is extremely helpful and happy to assist. They nailed the order and did it quickly with a smile.

Great food. But absolutely Horrible service! The workers love to ignore you. Takes a long time to get your food.

Usually go to the Daphne, AL Location, but I stopped on my way home from work at the Robertsdale, AL location. After walking in, no one even came to the counter for a few minutes, which not a big deal, maybe they were short staffed, but no one even acknowledged I was there. Not a good business practice! Got crazy bread, and it was doughy (white and not fully cooked), and had NO flavor, because they didn't even put the parmesan and butter on it that they normally do! Got the Ultimate supreme, and it was fairly flavorless, which I don't even know how that's possible! I got the pretzel pizza that's "back for a limited time", and it isn't the pretzel pizza they previously had. The original was a cheese sauce, and this was made with a red sauce. I wouldn't have ordered it if I had known that, because who dips pretzels in marinara?!?! I won't go back to that location, I will stick to the original one I go to, because they seem like they care!
