Excellent food! The absolute best crab cakes I’ve had in a restaurant. This little gem of and chef easily rival some of Louisiana’s best Cajun and Creole restaurants. We enjoyed the food so much, we ate there twice during our 3 night stay in the area.

Nice family restaurant. Service is good and food is average. Prices are a little high for product. The boudin sausage balls are very good. The cold slaw is also very good.

Busy place! Once our order was taken it took about 20 minutes for the food to arrive at the table. I must say, though, it was worth the wait. I had a catfish po-boy, with red beans and rice and potato salad. The potato salad need some spicing up, but the red beans were perfect. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the whole experience was wonderful. A word of warning, though. The place can be quite loud at times, so if you're bothered by excessive noise and chatter, don't bother to visit.

Fantastic seafood. Especially the chef special... Pontchartrain. Had the filet for first time tonight. Oh my so delicious and tender... another chef special. Never disappoints

Great lunch stopover during our spring break trip. The waitstaff and chef are super friendly and make you feel right at home. The kids had burgers and chicken strips (yum!), the adults devoured fried shrimp, catfish, hush puppies, and gumbo. The red beans and rice were very flavorful and the broccoli salad a good substitute as the salad bar wasn’t open (covid 19 precaution). You won’t regret driving a little ways off I10 to eat here.
