Campbell's Field Restaurant

What amazing hidden gem. The food is plentiful and delicious, the service is fantastic, the place is clean, and the prices are unimaginably cheap. We were in the area to visit the Christmas cave at Rickwood State Park and this was a perfect lunch stop. My wife and I are both pilots, so we appreciated the aviation decor and the view of a private airstrip across the road. Of we ever find ourselves in the area again we will definitely return.

This is the best place! Sunday mornings you can have breakfast and watch the planes come in. There's usually about 4-6 that land. The pilots and their passengers, if any, have breakfast @ Campbell's. It's just a neat little place to bring your family to watch it!

Best cheeseburgers for lunch. Nice small town diner. Servers are always nice and hard working. There is an airfield right across the street. You can watch planes come in and out some days. I've heard they have live bands occasionally too. I haven't eat breakfast here but heard it's good. I've called orders in for lunch and every time it's been ready within 10 minutes with a packed house. All around great place for breakfast lunch or dinner.
