I swear this place has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE in this area. Even on the phone they are nice. The drive thru girls are always so nice. Thank you for always making us feel good for choosing Jacks

They are always accurate, friendly and fast with our order. Everything I received tonight was fresh as usual.. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love the employees there. Always sweet, helpful and fast service. Sam and Jocelyn are two fantastic employees there.

The young girl that took my order tonight named Amanda, was very helpful, kind, and very patient with me & my three children. She told me if I ordered this, instead of that, I would get more of what I needed and wanted for a better value. She didn't have too, she chose to!!! Unlike a lot of other fast food places. It may have been a quick dinner at Jacks! But I personally appreciate her professionalism and kindness.

The meal I ordered had to be cooked so there was a seven minute wait. I appreciate the host for telling me this when I placed my order. I did not mind at all. When the host brought my order out she apologized for the wait and I thanked her for the hot food. Jack's always provides good service and food whenever I go. ????????????????
