Very good breakfast of all kinds. Great biscuits with chicken, steak, sausage, egg, ext. Prices a bit higher now. Friendly staff. Very clean eating area.

I think the one star givers are people expecting 5 star dining at a fast food place. I ordered through the app and it told me what time it would be ready. The drive thru was busy but moved quickly. My order was ready, correct and hot! The fried chicken had crunchy crust and juicy and tender inside. The mashed potatoes and gravy were great! Everything was. I had a very pleasant experience. We had stopped going to Jack's on Snow Street in Oxford because it had gotten awful. I'm glad we gave this one a try. I hope they keep up the good work! Oh, I had no problem turning in off 431. You just can't fly when you turn. And there is plenty of additional parking behind the store.

First of all, ignore the one-star reviews. Those people were expecting the food at the new location to somehow be different than all of the other Jack’s locations. The food, in fact, is the same. The design, however, is so much better. I’m sitting in one of their rocking chairs now - this place is nice. Our service was impeccable, our food was exactly as we expected, and we’ll definitely be coming back. If Cracker Barrel opened a chicken joint, this would be it. Don’t let the negative-Nellys keep you from coming here. It’s arguably the nicest Jack’s I’ve ever been to.
