    When you drive into the parking lot you smell the hickory smoker. That sets the expectation of what your meal will be. This has to be the best BBQ place I have tried so far. Get the pig wings and you will never want ribs again! Juicy, full of flavor and simply the best hickory smoked pork you can find! The sauce isn't too sweet, and it has the right amount of spice. Not enough to make you grab for your drink, but enough to let you know it is there. Compliments the pork perfectly. The sides are good too, and the banana pudding is homemade. We will be back for certain!

    Our 16 year old granddaughter had seen this place on google maps and wanted to try it. Her mom and brother were also along on the trip. We had been to Montgomery and was on our way back home (about 150 mile from home). Didn’t really want to go searching for it but we were all glad that we did. The road to the Tin Top was good and all the sides were mowed and well kept. Good wide two-lane highway.
    Now for the food:
    Great food and friendly service. We all had the barbecue and it was delicious. Huge portions like you would not believe of authentic southern barbecue. We got there at the height of the supper crowd but the food just kept on coming out, carry outs and eat-Ins alike.
    Location is a little bit out of the way but well worth the time it takes to get there. I don’t think you would be disappointed. Give it a try!
