PITA Mediterranean Street Food

We wanted to try something different during our trip. The restaurant was very clean and tidy. We haven't had many Mediterranean dishes and the staff made recommendations based on our preferences. I had a steak shawarma platter. It came with a large serving of steak which was very tangy and moist. My husband had a gyro rice bowl. It also had a generous serving of meat.
We'd recommend this restaurant and intend to go back ourselves.

May not be a common problem but my husband and I had a craving for Mediterranean food south of Birmingham on I-65, googled Greek food and all we could find was Arby's. Luckily we stumbled upon this place! We saw the billboard on the interstate and are really glad we stopped. Great food. Reasonable prices & super pleasant owner. The baklava cheesecake, loaded fries and cilantro hummus were my faves.

The food was hot, fresh, and delicious.
I ordered the Street Gyro with no sauce and fries. I also got the Baklava cheesecake. This was my first time eating here, and I was impressed. I ordered online and picked it up. They had my order ready to go. The inside of the restaurant was clean and inviting.

I'm an ex-chef turned truck driver and I've stopped here several times. Plenty of room for a truck to get in and out. Always had great food, great service. I don't give 5 stars often, as it has to be consistently great. Like it spicy? Get shine shatta sauce. Good stuff! Oh...baklava cheesecake too!

This food was fantastic! So fresh, so clean and a beautiful atmosphere. I felt very refreshed and ready to get back on the road. If your on I65 and passing by, this is the best place you could possibly eat. Come be transported to the Mediterranean for a moment of respite from your travels. I haven't been this impressed by a fast food joint in... well, forever.
