Starbucks

Great new location, so it looks, in the Clanton area. Friendly staff, spot on drinks, and two drive thru lanes are some of the highlights of this extremely clean place. Clearly there is some setup left to do inside but judging by our visit(s) it should be a hit in this area. Keep up the great service!

I stopped for a cappuccino and when I picked it up it was sweet had some type of sweetener in it I took it back in and asked for a cappuccino again and they made me a latte. The customer service was very good, however Im a former employee of Starbucks and I realize there needs to be more training at this location I ask for a cappuccino 160 degrees wet and the employee asked me what was that. Again I know it's new and they're new with this as well and the customer service again was good. Thank you so much.

Everyone here is still pretty new but seem to be learning fast. My drink was made hot when I asked for ice but they seemed pretty willing to remake it for me. I then realized I forgot to ask for flavor in my latte so I walked back to the counter to order a short cup with syrup in it. I planned to pay for it and add it to my own coffee since I messed up that part of my order. The gentleman named Shaine at the counter asked how many pumps I wanted & offered to just give it to me. When he told the batista next to him to add 2 pumps of chai to my drink she said "She can't just keep adding stuff to her drink" and then added way too much chai to my drink. I couldn't drink it and threw it in the garbage after I left. Hopefully once everyone is trained my next visit will go more smoothly & people will keep their rude comments to themselves 👍🏼

The employees are awesome and the store looks nice. The wait time wasn't bad for a store that just opened two days ago. I had an overall pleasant experience and I think Starbucks is gonna be great for clanton.

Had my first experience at the Clanton Starbucks this morning. I was very pleased. They have 2 drive thru lanes, but I walked in. It’s very spacious, and the employees were very nice. No complaints thus far.
