I used the drive through. The order taker was polite and patient. My order was correct and the food was fresh and had a good taste. The price was a little steep but what isn't?

Was in town visiting a friend and stumbled upon this establishment. The chicken is good IF you get it hot out the grease - worth waiting on if you’re not in a rush. Cole slaw could use a little more flavor (bland) but the fries are tasty.

Only downside the tables weren’t clean and I had to use a Lysol wipe from my purse to wipe down my table. It was full of crumbs and grease stains, and I chose the one that was the LEAST dirty.

One of the young male attendants (I won’t snitch him out) was a little more concerned with his phone than paying attention to the order at hand. Other than that an okay experience. Nothing fancy.

One of the best places to eat in Jackson Al. Great atmosphere and interior decorations. Feels xomfy and cozy and I like the rocking chairs on the porch. Best Jacks I've ever been to and the cleanest. You have to try it. Very well done!!!
