The Brick Pub & Pizzeria

I stopped off in here after getting a referral from a friend of mine saying that it had gotten better from its previous iteration. I ordered a small pepperoni pizza with extra sauce. (Anyone who has read any of my other pizza restaurant reviews are thinking, "Duh...") I also added a side of hot wings because I have been looking for a good wing place in Enterprise for a while now.

The wings came out first and I dug in. I had opted for the buffalo sauce because I freaking LOVE Frank's Red Hot Sauce (I put that $#!+ on EVERYTHING.) and that's what the young man who took my order told me they used. They were of good size and therefore I felt they were a good value. If I had any concerns about the wings, it was that they were soggy. I don't know if that is a side effect of the sauce already being on them when they got to me or what, but I am a fan of crunchy hot wings. Next time I go I'll ask for the sauce on the side and see if that makes a difference.

As for the pizza, I could have eaten the whole thing at the one sitting it was so good. The sauce was robust and flavorful and the cheese just tasted different from that you'd get at any of the local chains. It was amazing.

Overall, two very enthusiastic thumbs up for the Brick Pub and Pizzeria!

Many options, good atmosphere, fair prices, clean environment, great food, responsive staff. A great place to stop for lunch or dinner.

Absolutely in love with the new look of this place. I had the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and it was very very good. Perfectly cooked with lots of yummy melted cheese on top. The bar is very sleek and the whole shop feels cozy, yet sophisticated. Very kind staff and my order came out pretty quickly! There was also live music that really fit the atmosphere and everyone was having a wonderful time. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a nice place to get dinner with friends and family. Overall I am extremely pleased with my visit, and will be returning very soon!

You can stop your searching… I’ve found the best pizza spot in Enterprise! The Brick! This spot not only has delicious pizza with unique flavor combinations but also has amazing service! The pizza was so good that after finishing the first one my boyfriend and I bought a second to take home! The owner, Caryn, was super attentive and hilarious! She provided great conversation that paired perfectly with their selection of beers. If you aren’t drawn in by the pizza, wings, calzones, or Caryn then at least come to see her super cool automatic bartender machine! The Brick has definitely become my favorite spot in town for a simple date night! Caryn has earned two new loyal customers!

We will definitely be back! The pizza was delicious with a crispy crust and impressive variety. The inside and outside both look very nice. Staff were all friendly and on top of everything. They've got examples of the different sizes of pizzas right next to where you order so it's easy to choose the right amount for each person. We tried the buffalo chicken (w/o onions & carrots), rustic (w/ kalamata olives instead of mushrooms), pepperoni, and bacon cheeseburger pizzas and everyone had only good things to say and no leftovers to take home!
