Sergio’s Authentic Mexican Restaurant

WOW just wow.
This place is amazing. The food was delicious, actually authentic. The owner is truly so kind and you can tell he puts effort & actually cares about his guests. My husband got the burria tacos, he said it was the best in the area. I got the enchiladas with salsa verde. Best Mexican restaurant in the shoals & Florence area for sure! HIGHLY recommend.

Okay , there are a lots of Mexican places in the shoals area and i am just realizing that this is the ONE . We all have that crave for Mexican food and trust me whenever you have , your end stop is here . I have tried almost all the Mexican places in the Shoals and THIS IS PURE AUTHENTIC ONE !! I am not even exaggerating !!! The food here is like you are on the STREETS OF MEXICO and getting the authentic taste . Its delicious !!! If you want a pure authentic Mexican bite you should come here . The staff is friendly , service is amazing ! So for the Mexican food craving i will be coming back here ..

Over all it was a decent experience. I wasn’t necessarily WOWED by anything particular. However the food is good. I would say it’s on the higher side for what I’ve seen not over priced but not cheap. The salsa was amazing and the cheese dip was one of the best I’ve ever had. The food itself was very well seasoned pretty small portioned for the price. My only complaint would be that I didn’t feel I got what I paid for. I wish they gave a little more on the portion sizes. The service was also really nice there were a few bumps in the road due to language barriers. But no complains there. The staff was nice the food was good. We will be back

I absolutely love it, I thought the owner or manager was very friendly came out and talk to us several times. Made us feel happy. They have several items I've never seen on any Mexican restaurant around this area. One of them being these tacos called Birria Tacos. You dip them down in this type of broth and it was outstanding.

Definitely the BEST food around! Everything is so well seasoned and the flavors are amazing! The staff is super friendly and the owner is just the sweetest! Definitely recommend the QuesaBirria! If you want real MEXICAN food, Sergio’s is your PLACE!
