Golden Rule BBQ & Grill of Andalusia

The food was awesome! Definitely can tell a difference from old owners to new owners. This was the 1st time we ate here since returning from Knoxville. I had the Brisket plate which was tender and awesome tasting. My son had the philly cheese sandwich and fries also good. Staff was nice n kept the sweet tea full.

The sweet tea is really good along with everything that we ordered. Service was fantastic as well, glad that we stopped here to eat lunch on the way back to Georgia from our trip in Florida. The restaurant has been around since 1891 and their price is reasonable.

Loaded nachos were good. Ribs were tender. Slaw and potatoe salad was delicious! Tea was also good. Bread was soft!

Stopped in and tried the pork nachos. They were pretty good but admittedly kind of on the small side. Definitely will give it another shot as I'm through this area three to four times a week.

I wish I could give you 10 stars! It's been a long time since I had service this great. The food was excellent of course but the service was so outstanding. It's hard to find good help these days and the young man that waited on us went above and beyond. The only complaint I could give is there is no changing table in the women's bathroom. I walked in and a lady Apologized right away because she was blocking the sink. She had to lay her baby on the small counter to change his diaper and clothes. I didn't mind waiting but I know it bothered the mother. We highly recommend you order the corn Nuggets. They are the best we ever had.
