Not only have I been a Customer here for Many years but I also spent time as an Employer during the early '90's. Outstanding organization out front as well as behind the scenes. Teamwork, Customer Care, Quality Ingredients, and a Product that is held to a higher standard. I've experienced it first hand and I still see it each time I am a Customer. So, whether you are at home or on the Road...Come on Home To Cracker Barrel!
Had a party of 47. Called one day ahead. When we arrived, only had to wait a few minutes before seating. The food and service was excellent.
Go there often love the place always get great service the one time that I got horrible service the manager made up for it with a $40 gift card now keep in mind I spent more than that because we're a family of four but it absolutely helped the only drawback was when I got up to the register the lady didn't know how to use the gift card and when I told her that the manager told us it would be $40 off of our food on a gold card she got snippy with me and had a little bit of an attitude about it but thankfully the manager came over there and absolutely that you took care of it with no problems or questions asked I didn't tell him about the second experience with the lady because I had Ari said something about the bad service I had the time before and didn't want to seem too picky but Kim coming over and taking care of the whole situation after everything was over was more than enough to make up for her presumptive attitude will definitely eat there again
Ordered food to go. Was ready when promised and even though they were busy I was in and out quickly. Would have been happy to stay longer - Christmas decorations are out - so pretty!
Friday night special was battered deep fried cod. That sounded very heavy so I decided to have the lemon peppered rainbow trout which was baked. It was delicious. It was served with corn bread, broccoli and carrots. The carrots were the baby carrots from a bag and they were served luke warm! The waitress apologized for this and brought me a side of mashed potatoes to replace it. This meal was 7.99! They were very busy and the noise level was very high. It was hard to hear with the music also playing. I would suggest looking into some sound panels to reduce the noise. Waitress and staff were excellent.
