Grumpy's Italian Grill

We ordered the cheese bread as an appetizer and found it to be very good. Then we shared a medium Honolulu pizza (Canadian ham, bacon and pineapple) and thoroughly enjoyed it! We love the thin crust that Grumpy's uses on their pizzas. You get to enjoy the toppings without filling up on a thick crust.

Lunch upstairs was great on a Monday. Manicotti lunch special with tossed salad. My friend had the spaghetti bake and Cesar salad.. all great food for a great value and timely service.

We have been for our first and last time. We went on a Monday night for a friend's birthday and carried in a birthday cake. We were told by our waitress that we couldn't bring in outside desserts but could purchase something there. We were told it was a health code but have NEVER been told by any other restaurant in Cullman that we could not bring a cake to celebrate a birthday. We'll just go to Carlton's next time we want Italian or to celebrate a birthday.

Food was fresh and tasty. Service was happy and well timed. This is an off the beaten path restaurant in Cullman but worth checking out and enjoying.

Super friendly staff. Food was on point! Started a tab and they didn't even need to keep my card, which blew my mind! Trivia going on inside and families were all having a great time.
The patio could use some work. More lights, some fans or even Tiki Torches and a TV to make more appealing for customers who enjoy the cool night air.
