Well, we walked in the door and were disappointed. Should have left, but we gave it a shot and was again disappointed this time with the food.
Guy was very nice. Place needs some help. Appearance means a lot!
Seriously amazing food!! I got the cheeseburger an fresh made onion rings...10/10. Husband got the sandwich an son got the bbq fries. All was super delicious an worth the trip!!! Owner was super nice!! A must try!!
The burgers are awesome. Nothing like a fresh burger. The onion rings were mouth watering. Will definitely eat here again. Can't wait to try the bbq.
Are at Mad dog Mike’s recently & it was fantastic!!! Large portions & the barbecue was sooo tender! I’m not a potato salad person but it was really good!!! The desserts were “oh my my” delicious!!! Everything was great!!!❤️🤩😎🤩👏👏
My husband and I were in town from Maine for a wedding. Both being foodies we always try and find a good place in whatever town we are in to try. Of course being in AL we had to find some BBQ and Mad Dog Mikes did not disappoint. We both got pulled pork plates with a few different sides, mashed potatoes (which were the perfect consistency), green beans with a little vinegar zing, baked beans which were to die for, and coleslaw. I'm not always a fan of coleslaw and honestly I was skeptical but it was so good and refreshing when paired with the pork. We also got dessert which was this blue jello looking stuff with whip cream and pecans on top. I'm pretty sure it also had Pineapple in it too and it was the perfect ending to the meal, not to sweet but rounded it off well. If your looking for a hole in the wall instead of a chain this is your place. If we are ever back in Cullman we will be going back.
