My life was changed by the banana puddin'!
Seriously, I have never had banana pudding that tasted like it. And that's saying a lot because one of my key deciders of any great Southern restaurant is their banana pudding.
The rest of their brunch is phenomenal, just remember that you're in the South, and don't be in a big rush to get food...take your time, sip some coffee and enjoy conversation with your tablemates!
Really great atmosphere! The owners are the nicest people and they put a lot of love into their cooking. Great food for a great price.
Cute place! I had the shrimp and (loaded) grits. Very good and filling. My husband had a western omelet. They forgot to leave off the onion, so I ate them for him because he didn't want to wait for them to make another one. Overall, it was nice.
Great restaurant. Everything we've ordered on our 2 visits has been phenomenal. Service is good and some items take a little longer but it's worth the wait. Very friendly atmosphere and wonderful food.
Biscuit and sausage gravy was pretty good. Wife said the pancakes were dense and heavy. My big complaint is all the grits have diced tomatoes and chilies in them. You can’t get plain grits or just cheese grits. You would figure that with the name being GRITS you would be able to get grits different ways.
