Mellow Mushroom

I love pizza and this place does not disappoint. First of all, website said open til midnight. Worked late, got there at 10:30pm and sign on door said closes at 11:00pm. Even though the place was empty and the employees were cleaning up, they seated us without hesitation even though we said we would leave. Food came out fast. Pepperoni pizza had both a crispy yet chewy crust, loved it. Thanks to the manager and crew for being so accommodating. Wish I had a Mellow Mushroom near me.

Wonderful vegan pizza. My pizza was not prepared correctly and had to be remade. The manager was amazing and came out to tell me that they did not bring my pizza out because it was not prepared right. She prepared my pizza and put it in a ox for me to go. Great service even with a mistake. The pizza was wonderful.

Good food. Good service for the most part. Forgot to put in an order for one in our party but they made up for it by taking it off her bill. Good beer selection.

Last week's visit rated a 4 or 5 stars however today's would get no more than 3. My first experience at this location in many, many years was a week ago. I ordered their house special pizza with the traditional crust and an order of their parmesan pretzel bites to go. Jay was great as my order taker and she even brought me the pretzel bites to snack on when they were ready since the pizza was going to take longer to cook. The pretzel bites were quite good and I enjoyed both the red and beer cheese dipping sauces with them. The pizza was delicious and the crust was thick & Fluffy just the way I like it.

Today I returned for a second visit and this time the experience wasn't quite as good. Jay was still lovely as the order taker and again brought me the pretzel bites to snack on while waiting for the pizza to finish cooking. The quality of the pizza bites was not as good as last week. They were still okay but definitely nothing to rave about. Same went for the pizza this round. The fluffy thick crust I enjoyed last week was not to be found today. I'm going to try to leave reviews whenever I visit here so others can track an overall experience and not just a single one. My visit last week would have been a definite 4 or 5 stars but today's visit would have been no more than a 3-star. This week we also tried their funky chicken pizza along with the house special and pretzel bites. The flavor profile of it was good but again the overall Crust quality and texture of this week's pizzas we're greatly lacking especially since the crust is what they're supposed to be famous for.

Really good pizza and cheese sticks! Waitress was awesome! Only thing, it was hot in there. But it could have been because it was 100 outside! Overall great place to eat!
