Hector's Kitchen

The food is great, the service is great! Real Columbian and Cuban cuisine in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. The only thing I don't like here is the plastic chairs at some of the tables outside. They break too easily.

I don’t know if it was the beautiful Fall day or the subtle Colombian feel at Hectors Kitchen but it worked. When the waitress brought out the kids nachos first my wife and I caught eyes and nodded, thinking, “they get it”. My wings arrived soon after. There is only one flavor and as I bit into one I understood why...delicious. I don’t know what Yucha is but it’s fantastic and as I frequent Hectors Kitchen I look forward to expanding my vocabulary as well as my palate.

I enjoyed my meal the Grilled chicken with vegetables, however my wife did not enjoy hers. She had the beans and rice bowl with shredded chicken and the chicken was so dry and tasteless she had to scrape it off. I would be willing to give them another try with other items on the menu.

Great food fast! We stopped here on a road trip - beats the pants off the fast food chains. We tried to give 10 stars but the limit was 5! Great service and crazy friendly! And dog lovers! ❤️

I would love to say that I want everyone to eat here and on a regular basis. After all, it is the BEST Latin food in a 120 mile radius or better. We have been to Cuba, have had some amazing and not so amazing Cuban food across the country and we have to say we have really never had a better Cuban meal. The ingredients are fresh, the menu is wonderful (Tamales Please!!), and the service is very kind and appreciative. We will say, however that if you are in a hurry you are better off to call ahead and pick up. They have limited seating and that brings me back to why I originally said that I "want" to say that everyone should eat here. I just can't. We don't like waiting for our table! :-) The Empanadas are WONDERFUL.....
