“The food is good, pretty standard for all Jack's locations. We enjoy the food at almost every Jack's we visit. However, the customer service at this particular Jack's leaves something to be desired. The employees act like customers are an inconvenience instead of welcomed guests. There was definitely no sense of urgency in serving anyone. It took a very long time to receive our order, with no explanation or apology for the wait.”

“Stopped when out of town to eat lunch with a friend who lives in this area. Everything our group I ordered was very very good! I had the veggie plate, huge chunk of cornbread, delicious turnip greens, etc. Hamburger was homemade and delicious. Loaded bbq tater was huge and very good as well. Will eat her again when in town!”

“Came here last week since I was visiting family on the mountain. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the manager, Hannah. My first thought was that my experience might not be the best, since everyone looked like teenagers, even the manager, and young people (sadly) sometimes do not care about their jobs.. She and her crew proved me wrong. They were all friendly and the male cashier (do not remember his name) answered any questions I had. She managed her team with a smile and followed every request with a please and thank you.. in turn, her team replied with yes ma'am. She created an atmosphere where her employees were smiling and laughing and looked happy to be there, rare to find in any job setting. On top of all this.. my burger and shake was delicious and I only waited maybe 3 minutes on my order. I'm looking forward to coming back when I visit my family again.”

“We come here at least twice a month and I have NEVER had a bad experience. The food is always refreshing, delivered accurately and just great overall. I’m so sad that they are closed for a couple of weeks but I will for sure be back once they open back up! They’re definitely a highlight of Gadsden. Or, in my case, veggie plate. Best selection of veggies around. Nice service! But, it's cafeteria style. The atmosphere is actually pretty cozy for what they're working with. Hopefully, in time, with continued community support, they'll grow to a larger, less gas station-y space. The food & nice people make it well worth overlooking the odd location & limited parking.
