    Food was hot and ready no waiting time even though I went through the drive-thru the parking lot was very clean as I was pulling out of the drive-thru I could see inside that it looked very nice as well

    Nice employees...I work at the Arc and a couple of staff and I took some of our consumers to eat at the Jack's in Fayette, AL. For a fast food establishment, service was great, restaurant was clean and, as mentioned before, the people who took our orders and cooked our food were great!

    Unless you go during lunch rush your foods usually cold & old!! If I go there I ask them to cook my food fresh!! They do have awesome chicken fingers when freshly cooked & when they actually make a complete order!! Ugh....last time I went I got 2 & a quarter of a chicken finger!!
