    Very good food and service. On Samson'sain street. Amazing to have this restaurant in such a small town. Worth the drive.

    We dined at the Ginger Root on Valentine’s Day and everything was phenomenal. Shortly after we were seated we were greeted by Laura (she’s the chefs wife), very kind and welcoming. Our appetizer was the charcuterie board, not only was it yummy but it was beautiful. The potato soup was so warm and delicious on this chilly night. The entrees were delicious, but the best part was the dessert— my favorite was the cheesecake. We will certainly be back. What a great asset to Samson!

    Excited to try this location when they open. The staff has been very accommodating towards me and the decor is gorgeous.
