Big Mikes

The reason I'm giving three stars for Ashford Big Mike's is not on the food, food was great no-questions-asked. However their customer service was a little bit lacking. We arrived at the restaurant sat down, 15 minutes later drink order was taken. About 5 to 7 minutes to receive just our drinks. While two other tables had been sat, finally they come to take our order. Our wait was quite a bit, guess maybe normal for they were a little busy. However when the food came out one of the orders was not put in. Therefore had to wait another 10-15 minutes to receive our entire table orders. Now the years that I've been in customer service you're to appease the customer. Apology was given,
understandable everybody makes mistakes. Not that I was looking for compensation, but an offer would have been top notch. "Even a simple, " your drinks on us", or here is 10% off your next visit. Something to make the mistake a little easier to take and guarantee a return for the customer. Lesson learned, dont go to Ashford Big Mikes too hungry, atleast that's what I experienced.

Big Mikes did not disappoint! We ordered the shrimp with sweet potato fries and also a turkey/ham salad with a bowl of loaded potato soup 🥣 and everything was delicious. Service was excellent, we will be back !

I always do pickup orders here and Generally get boneless wings from there and they’ve always been pretty good. However, for the past month the quality has gone downhill from noticeably less sauce on the wings to getting order wrong. Will try again after giving this place a break for a while.

The whole fried catfish was GREAT.. The grilled shrimp and chicken wings are great as well.. Best of all, the staff was just as good as the food
