Jack’s

Wow! I called to inform the mgr that my salad wasn't that great. The way Ms Bridgette handled the situation was Outstanding! She listened, she apologized , fixed it better than I expected and thanked me. She is awesome and wish she worked for me at my BK. Thank you Bridgette and cudos to you for being a RM and working nights.

I just love Jacks chicken strips. They're cooked to perfection every time. Moist, juicy and strip at the same time. Love, love, love them!

Good food, but you better not be in a hurry when you stop here. Thus is probably the slowest "fast food" place I have ever been to. And, there fries are always under cooked. Always.

The first time I ordered their fried chicken it was very bland. I tried it again. I have discovered that you must use one our their sauces on the chicken to give it flavor. The chicken itself is very fried perfectly, tender and juicy inside, crispy on the outside.

Fast, friendly service. The store was clean and well maintained. The bathrooms were immaculate for a fast food restaurant. We originally stopped at the convenience store before Jack's, but despite having cheeseburgers on the menu they refused to make them. My family does not regret taking our business to this Jack's! Our food was fresh and not slapped together. We plan to stop in again next time we are in that area!
