The Crossing at Big Creek

Nice clean facility and area. The biggest issue we had was understanding how the process works. This was our first visit. My wife is very experienced with slots, but this process is different. I think if there was a sheet available with rules and explanations, it would be helpful. You don't know what you don't know, until you need to know it!

The lady who helped set my account up went out of her way to do so. The rest of the staff was pretty awesome too. Only reason 4 stars is because the machines are set so difficult. Beyond normal, I believe. Besides that it was a real good time.

I really enjoy going here. I’m there just about every day. To try my luck , and I’ve had some big hits and I have walked out with empty pockets at times as well. But that’s part of it , but overall great staff and great atmosphere.

This was my first time visiting this casino with family. Upon the sliding doors opening, the first thing you smell is cigarette smoke it is very strong. There are a few steps you will have to go through but it's not bad at all. It takes a little time maybe 10-15 minutes. There are always some workers there that are very helpful if you need anything. I had fun and I won some money on my first trip. It was a nice outing. Be prepared when you leave your clothes will smell like cigarette smoke. Overall, I will return to this casino.
