I work in walking distance of this location (Morgan rd, Bessemer al) and usually have a great experience but today I went through the drive through and ordered a Oreo frappe. The girl told me to come to the window and then said they don’t have frappes on the menu. I told her I just ordered one 2 days ago and she said I’m sorry we don’t have those. So I left and came right back and went inside to show them the Oreo frappe in the dq app. She said it must be new and I told her no I’ve been getting them for about a year now. Well then she says that nobody knows how to make them and I’ll have to call our GM. I told her just forget it since nobody seems to even know they are on the menu. Point of this review is make sure your employees know how to make all of your products before you let them go with a manager there. This is ridiculous!!!!!!

Great service especially for fast food & nothing like a McDonald’s and the food is good and affordable also.

Pretzela sticks with whatever the dipping sauce is called = Crazy good
