The commons is a magical place. The rice is somehow always undercooked or overcooked, sometimes both at once. Nonetheless, when students have to drain the unbelievable amount of dining dollars they are required to have, they turn to the almighty commons on the green. Also, fried chicken thursday is lit.

It is cafeteria style eating, but the staff bends over backwards to accommodate dietary restrictions and is super nice. Plus there is generally catfish and sometimes even calamari all well cooked. The salad bar is well maintained and fresh. Always a good choice.

I had the breakfast and brunch and it was very good. They kept the items stocked even though it was family weekend and lots of people were dining at the same time. I was impressed with the variety and quality of the food. The bread pudding looked weird but it was one of the best things I ate. $10 for all you can eat.

I've been told the food is better when it's not summer term.
