Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

This was by far the best Cracker Barrel I have been too. I know they are to be all the same, but the service, cleanliness and great food was a step up from other ones. We had Mamma pancakes and biscuits with gravy. Coffee was so smooth.

food was yummy. kids had fun playing with the giant checkers. I found a lot of cool novelty items and food and drink in the country store.

This Cracker Barrel must be new. The tables and chairs were new, the place had a new look about it. Without doubt, it was the cleanest CB I've ever visited. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The food was good. The service was a little bit slow, especially given the fact that the restaurant was nowhere close to full. Otherwise, no complaints. Had lunch with family a d the service was great. Very friendly waitress. Love the sweet tea they serve

For my meal I had the Southern Fried Chicken dinner with a salad and fruit cup. For dessert I had the Bread Pudding. The salad was fresh and cool containing a small amount of lettuce and two cherry tomatoes. The chicken was plentiful, hot and juicy and had a very good coating with just the right amount of breading and spices. The fruit cup was sparse with only one strawberry and three small pieces of pineapple. The bread pudding was topped with pecans and honey and had a scoop of vanilla ice cream on the side. The overall meal was very good and the service was excellent. Will return.

I do love the atmosphere and service here, the food is sometimes a bit lacking.

The steak fries are fantastic but I probably wouldn't order the mac n cheese unless you love burnt cheese but otherwise, it's a no-go. Those buttermilk biscuits are probably the reason everyone comes, I can say they are a bit addictive.

Burger was a tad too greasy for some people's tastes but the cheeses and other items make it a great special if you decide to give it a try.

Overall, would recommend.
