An impressive collection of Salad, Soup and Sandwiches. This restaurant has various kinds of quick meals. Especially, Gh Salad, Carrot Cumin Soup. People often come to this restaurant and give their reviews online about the amazing service and food taste.

FINALLY, a restaurant in Birmingham with healthy food, vegetarian/vegan options, and a menu offering great salad options!! I can’t say enough good things about this establishment. I dined here for lunch and although it took a while for our food to arrive (it’s fairly new and seems to stay busy), it was worth the wait. For a starter, we had the white bean hummus - absolutely delicious. For an entree, I ordered the white chicken chili - it was flavorful, had some kick, and tasted super fresh. Everything we ordered was beautiful. I am excited to visit again to try more items off the menu, including a smoothie! As a former vegetarian, I love how they have accommodated the menu to substitute choices of tofu for meat. There is a serious lack of restaurants in Birmingham that cater to vegetarians/vegans with substantial options and it’s great to see the thoughtfulness. I wish there were a second location downtown ;)

This lunch spot has great salads and the mushroom soup is really good. I’ve never been a fan of the sandwiches, they tend to be on the flavorless and dry side. But I love the salads, especially the greenhouse. Always fresh and tasty

I love this place! This is my favorite kind of food - fresh and delicious! I’ve been here about five times now and have loved it every time. Great salads, sandwiches, soups, and cookies. My only complaint is the price is too high for frequent dining. I understand you have to pay more for fresh ingredients. I would come a lot more frequently if the prices were a little lower.
