    The food is always fresh and hot. The front counter person is always friendly.

    The place was very clean and the young lady at the counter was very nice, the food was delicious and big portions, I will definitely go back, I want to try the Philly cheese steak next time!!!

    Very good and fresh. Thing is they mix up there own sauces. A year ago I wouldn't have recommended them. Even the cashier keke is very nice, customer service is on point. However the women's restroom was messed up. All around I'd say you get what you pay for there.

    I have been coming to HotSpot for about four months now. When I tell you the food is delicious! Grease is always fresh staff always friendly! My number one choice I ALWAYS get is the cheeseburger combo with okra! It will make you slap your momma???????? i order it every single time! You’re Missing out if you haven’t been to this place
