    We had the friends chicken sandwich and everything about it was fresh. It would rival with that other chicken sandwich place, dare I say!

    Jacks chicken fingers are the absolute best melt in your mouth friendly fast service

    I tried the new fries chicken sandwich today. I was not impressed. I am typically pro Jack's, but the entire experience was not up to par today. The chicken sandwich tasted very bland and was a little tough. The fries were fresh but could have been left in the fryer a little longer. The young lady who took my order was very nice and corrected things when I was given the wrong size fry by another employee. Overall, not enough negatives to give bad rating, but definitely too many flaws for a good rating. I will stay with Chick-Fil-A for my chicken sandwich.

    Jacks is quick easy and priced good. First time I have been to the trussville location. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Got our food quickly. Thank you for a great breakfast. My husband would just like it if they would bring back the bologna biscuit back full time.
