Jersey Mike's Subs

I know it's tough these days and people are stressed but it still dosen't hurt to greet your customers as they come in and not look at them as they are a bother. Not only was this done to me but serveral customers that came in today. Not one thank you come again.. nothing! This is my first time at this location being that's its by my house but I don't think I will be back. The sub was ok but not well put together and after the service I will pass. My first time visiting I think the location near Hoover it was very pleasant. The service was great, we were greeted and food was good. They walked us through the order process being we were first timers. That was the experience I was expecting.. at least a smile, hello or something. But not one staff member greeted any customer from manager to staff. And please tell your workers when they come in to wash hands not just put on gloves and start making sandwiches please. I saw two do this while I was there today. It doesn't take much to be kind, courteous and clean.

Excellent Experience with people who care. The manager actually works in the alabaster location as well. Great organization as well as the customer service Will definitely be back. Go see Jazz at either location you won’t be disappointed.

First: great to have Jersey Mikes back in Trussville. The parking and location is way better than the last one. The food is Jersey mikes…you either like it or don’t. The Philly cheese steak add banana peppers is great! The place was packed the opening day, but everyone was cool. Ohh by the way it’s in the same location as where Southeastern Guns used to be.
