Fast service. Fries are always hot. The service is improving.

Drive through was very slow. When I finally got my food, I had to park, go in, and request order
There were at least a dozen employees moving ridiculously slowly. No one apologized at all.

Now I am not one to usually review chain restaurants. My preference is usually independent/small chain restaurants as (if they are good) deserve the exposure and plus I believe that for these fast food restaurants most attitudes and opinions are the same across the brand, not varying from location to location. Now with that said, I am a regular to McDonald's: often a college student budget doesn't allow for much, and the amount of food you can get from them is tempting when your short on cash. I never intended to review any branch, however, much less this one; but the quality of service I have received from this particular McDonald's warrants praise. After a shift at work, while on the way to campus, I stopped in to grab a quick bite. Two Mchickens, nothing fancy, but I had ordered off the new self-serve kiosk and evidently the orders placed on the machines were not processing. This resulted in me waiting almost twenty minutes for my meal, and the staff picked up on that (without me even having to mention anything). My food was out before you knew it, they refunded my purchase on account of the wait, and they gave me a free large drink. You'd be hard pressed to find better service at dine-in establishments, and after multiple visits since this staff has upheld this quality. Fast food is fast food, but the care and customer service I encountered and continue to encounter at this location will keep me coming back time and time again.
