Been in business a long time. Very good BBQ. Had the BBQ sandwich with chef salad, ranch dessing. Homemade dressing good, but the salad should have been drained better and needed more ingredients. But the sandwich was very good. No fat or hard places in it. VERY TENDER!
The place is old and needs to be redone. But if you want good BBQ it's the place. And homemade desserts.

All BBQ restaurant's are not equal! If you want BBQ this is the place...NO EXCEPTIONS! Yes yes the place is a thousand years old but the food is the best. They have delicious coleslaw, potato salad and for those of you who are not a fan of coleslaw and potato salad they have chips. Oh my goodness the pies are the best but the banana pudding OH MY GOSH... Please if you haven't eaten here you are missing out!

True Deep Southern Style BBQ spot w/screen door on the side. You know your Home when you walk in. Rib plate w/baked beans & tater salad. Ribs fall off bone tender...no sauce needed. Only wish I'd saved room for the nanna-pudin, next time.

Miss Myra’s was refreshing. After only eating at BBQ chains since moving to Birmingham I needed to find some genuine southern bbq which is what I got here. The atmosphere is cozy, although, as my friends who aren’t southern put it, “it’s a little sketch.” But to me, that’s how you know it’s authentic. I will definitely be back and I’ll be bringing more friends.

I'm a Texan, so I know my BBQ. The white sauce was so surprising but unbelievable. I could kick myself for not taking a picture of the recipe on the wall because I want it on everything! The brisket was tender and the sides were great, but the sausage was truly amazing. I'm glad my family lives in AL because this place is now easily in my top 5!
