    I oder a Coke it was hot and no ice and i was not happy and i use to work at a rallys last year i know how to make people feel good

    I love Rally's/Checkers but just recently I ordered online and when I received my order I did not have the oreo ice cream I ordered. ALSO, whenever I go to the actual location (any Rally's) . The milkshake machines are always down, they are out of lemonade, etc. Sometimes the burgers and fries are cold.
