Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

After reading a gaggle of reviews, my date and I decided to visit Red Robin for the first time. The reviews were mixed, good food/poor service and vice versa. Our experience, the service was very good, the food adequate and only one dipping sauce missing. Totally acceptable, it was a fairly busy Friday night. My problem? You don't get what you pay for. It's in the title, Gourmet Burgers! The burger was good but for almost $15 (for a "gourmet" burger!), I've had larger double cheeseburgers at McDonalds. I finished my dinner (excluding the fairly skimpy portion of steak fries) in FOUR BITES! I'm not a large man. I'd return, eat at Red Robin again, if someone else is paying!

Had a great meal and excellent service! I was hesitant to go back because the last time I went to this Red Robin, it was a disaster. They've really stepped up their customer service game! Highly recommend!

Wait time was great for a Saturday night and a party of 15. The server was very friendly and helpful. It took a very long time just to get our bottomless fries and then there were only a few in each basket. The food was mediocre at it's best. The manager was helpful and tried to make it right. It will be a while before we go back.

Stopped here on our way home as another choice had since closed and we were pleasantly surprised. Immediately greeted and seated with our server on top of things, we were treated to a great meal experience in a comfortable, friendly environment. The sandwich was done to perfection and the ample order of specialty fries (garlic/herb) was graciously refilled and we left content and well-fed. Definitely a return experience in the future!
