The Lab Bar and Kitchen

A great new trendy restaurant conveniently located inside of the UAB Hilton Hotel. This is a great spot to either unwind with a drink after work or to drop by with the family for a great dinner. The Lab has multiple options. Even the pickiest eaters will find something on the menu that they will find to their liking. The Manager was very friendly and informative.

Absolutely wonderful food! Great flavor and presentation. Highly recommend. The beet salad was such a surprise. Paired perfectly with a few delightful sauces. The steak was seasoned to perfection. Best ever! Happy wait staff very attentive.

Absolutely an amazing restaurant! Probably the best one in the city of Birmingham. Matthew Comarato is on point with his dishes. I couldn't have asked for a better chef. The staff there are great! If you are going to visit this city or just driving through I would defiantly recommend you try this place.

Food was decent. Some drinks are overpriced...waiter initially charged $17 for a dirty martini with house vodka...after asking if there was an error the waiter stated no, but returned with a correction of $14. This is still high for house liquor compared to the other prices of drinks which were $10-$12 with better quality alcohol.
