    I've lived 2.5 years at the Pizitz Residences in Downtown Birmingham, before moving to Florida. The building is absolutely gorgeous, the corner unit I was renting was fantastic, and the property management team in charge is truly exceptional, with Catherine, Courtney and Chris going above and beyond. Location is perfect too, as you can walk to all great places Birmingham Downtown has to offer, or just enjoy the food hall and its bar. Let's not forget the rooftop pool with a stunning view. Finally the building is perfectly secured, and the cleaning team keeps it always pristine. Do I need to say more?

    We moved in last November and throughly love the people and conveniences afforded by The Pizitz Residences. Courtney and the crew that keep the building rented, secure and running smoothly are great!

    The food court offers numerous choices for dining as well as a bar and a fabulous full service restaurant (Fero), serving rustic Italian. Happy hour at the bar in Fero is numero uno with Tim Hudson, mixologist extraordinaire pouring up great concoctions.

    The Busy Corner is also a favorite with a great selection of cheeses. They also do great panninis and charcuterie boards that you can take back to your apartment!

    Pizitz at the corner of 2nd ave North and 19th st it is across the street from the McWane Center and at the culinary epicenter of the Birmingham renaissance.

    Come and see us at the Pizitz food hall for a great time..
