Moe's Southwest Grill

Went here specifically for the steak earmuff. Walked in about 5 other customers in line. My husband and I asked for the steak there wasn't any ready but plenty of chicken. We were told it would be a minute for the steak I'm assuming so since it was still raw. We ultimately changed our order to the chicken but I can say I was disappointed:(. Food was good though although I feel the portions should be larger considering we paid almost $20 for two earmuffs.

I really enjoy the food here but service is often slow. Many of their ingredients are often old as they seem to sit out until they're used which often results in dried out rice or beans and overcooked limp vegetables. They play good music over the intercoms but it's generally annoyingly loud and makes for a very unpleasant dining experience. The staff at least seem friendly and eager to help though.

Quite possibly the best Moe's that I've ever been to. The staff was super friendly, accommodating to my son's special needs, helped me carry my trays to the table, and even checked on us to make sure that we didn't need anything else. The inside as well as the outside was super clean. The food was delicious as well as the sweet tea. They really went out of their way to make sure that we were all happy and satisfied customers. Thank you, Moe's in Trussville for everything! We will be back as returning customers!

The food was great. However, the place was filthy. Floors were sticky every step and covered in food. Literally every table was dirty. We got there before the lunch rush. There was only a small group of people there when we arrived. I have worked in restaurants. I do understand things get busy but I felt it could've been cleaner considering they weren't busy at the time.
