Jersey Mike's Subs

The store is always clean. All of the employees are always welcoming every time I visit this store. My sandwich is made very well. They always make me feel like it is made special just for me and the way I like it. They always make me what like and makes suggestions and makes sure I don't forget my chips drinks or brownies, cookies ext.. I love the customer courtesy and care. That means alot to me when it come to food I have to order out for me and my family.

Catered a lunch for employees and everything was delicious! Delivery was on time. I recommend getting the oil, vinegar & pepper relish! Cookies & brownies were delicious too. Honestly I can't say enough about the service. Thank you for your hard work. Danielle & Jessica were so helpful

We have literally been counting down the days for this to open. I had a jersey mikes where I grew up and it is my absolute favorite. We still drive to Birmingham probably once a week to get it so we were excited to get one in Gardendale. Jersey Mikes has always been a little more expensive, but for good reason…a faint literally can feed me 4 times. I picked up my sandwich today(a giant) and it didn’t have the amount of meat that is usually on my regular sub. One of the end pieces actually didn’t have any meat on it except part of one sliver. There were 3 pickles on the whole giant, maybe 4 banana peppers, hardly any onion. I know they just opened, so I will be back to see if they have worked out the kinks, but if not I will just have to make my drive back to the vestavia or mountain Brook one cause this giant was maybe worth $5 not $18.

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s Subs and thrilled they opened a new location in Gardendale. However, I am not too thrilled with the quantity for the price you pay. A Giant Sub was NOT so giant and I paid $18.26 for it. As soon as I picked up my order, I felt disappointed because I immediately knew this was not a “Giant Sub.” It just felt so light. This didn’t even include a drink and chips. I was hoping 4 people could eat from this and it was barely enough for 2. You can get 2 Boar’s Head Whole Subs at Publix for around the same price. I guess this is the new standard with fast food restaurants nowadays. Other than that, the Subs are delicious.
