First Watch - Hoover

The food was fresh and delicious and the service was fast and friendly... My husband and I will definitely return.

Food was good. I don't suggest this place for larger groups though. Our group of 8 had to sit in two booths. They were next to each other but it's hard to have conversation that way. It kind of defeats the purpose of eating together.

I love First Watch! Breakfast food is my favorite kind of food and First Watch is my go-to restaurant to satisfy my craving. I love that I have super healthy options to choose from and even when I want to splurge, it's still as healthy as it can be. The food quality and service has never failed to be excellent!

My husband ordered The Works omelet. The side of grits was very good! I ordered the Chickmichanga! I enjoyed the flavors! The menu said it was spicy, but it really wasn't to me. The only complaint is temperature wise, my husband did not feel his omelet was hot enough. Otherwise great food!

Excellent poached eggs. The cheeses in the cooking are great. One addition that would increase business exponentially in my opinion would be Canadian bacon for the Classic Eggs Benedict. The tomatoes served with the dish should be on the side with more herbs and vinaigrette instead of in the center of the dish. Then the suggested greens would not be part of the dish.
